Briar Field Farm

Briar Field Farm is home to of 75 acres and two barns.

- The Main Barn:

* 6 stalls with auto waterers, Comfort Mat stall systems, sliding yoke doors and exterior yoke windows

* 6 pony stalls with mats, auto waterers and exterior yoke windows

* 6 shed-row stalls with Comfort Mat stall systems, hinged yoke doors and exterior sliding windows

* Climate Controlled Tack Room with individual cubbies and saddle racks

* Climate Controlled Lounge & Restroom with couch, tv and wi-fi

* Interior Wash Stall with mats and hot/cold water

* Exterior Covered Wash Stalls (2) and Crosstie Area (2)

- The 'Blue Barn':

* 10 dutch door style stalls with mats

- 110 x 200 GGT Footing Arena with full course of jumps and irrigation system

- 11 large grass paddocks with run-in sheds & 3 pony dry lots; paddocks are maintained year round

​

- Large hay storage room & equipment shed separate from barn

​

- 2 - 10 acre retirement pastures with run-in sheds. Retirement pasture board available on a limited basis.
